Robert Decker is a retired Newark Police Detective/Sergeant with 27 years of experience on the force. He was awarded a number of commendations for outstanding duty and received top honor distinctions. After retiring from the police force in 1998, Bob served as the Director of Security and Police Personnel for two major retail chains before starting Decker & Associates.
